Any pics of case ref. and SN between the lugs? I'm thinking it looks like it's ca. late '60s-early '70s.

Agree late '60s, serial number will confirm. Looks all correct so far.

Looks like a 6085? If that's the case, the dial looks a little new.

Kyle, I think these engine turned bezels were found in later non-date chronometer models, too. I know they were common on Date models through the '70s.

They were but I think they are shaped a little differently. The 6085s are a little more rounded at the edge if I remember correctly. Hopefully the OP can provide the model.

I hesitate to suggest, due to only limited knowledge, but it looks very similar to some 1003 series images online.
