·The suggested prices on Chrono24 are a joke and probably based on asking prices not selling prices. I normally take the suggested price and multiply it by 0.5 up to 0.75 to get a fair price

Well, I agree with you entirely, but do you find that the seller also agrees? Not in my experience, unfortunately.
