    It looks like an honest example of a Tissot Seastar from the mid-to-late 1960s based on the logotype and dial style. If you can get the serial number (located on the movement) you can find a data table on the Internet that will help you date the year of manufacture. At auction, these watches typically bring between USD$100 and $200.

    So year is 1969.
    I have not seen that, little produced.
