·Well the filth on it is genuine, there may possibly be new life forms hiding in the nooks and crannies of the bracelet! But I can't say for sure about the watch but I suspect it may be real.
Really need to see the movement and the inside of the case back to be able to say.
Are you buying or do you already own it?
If you're buying.....Don't! unless you can get it for loose change.
If you are the proud owner, then you need to pop the case back off (or have it popped off) to take pix for confirmation.
it's a bit knocked about, probably needs a service and It's a quartz movement and as such it's not worth much even if it is the real thing!
Indeed if it needs work then the cost of the work could easily exceed the monetary value of the watch. If there is any sentimental value to you then that may well be another matter.
