Not very much I’m afraid, non-precious metal ladies watches of that era, especially manual wind models like that with some significant condition issues, it would be worth far less than the cost to repair or service it, on ebay it would go for under $100.

Does make for a nice entry point. These watches are somewhat easy to work on if all the parts are there and they simply need a good cleaning and overhaul.

On the other hand many doll collectors (especially of the mass produced clock work dolls of the late 19th century.) Do not touch them at all. Partly as the clothing is glued on. So one can simply just colllect them for what they are as they are. I am surprised how many ladies watches and ladies movements I have. Been sorting throug spare parts and the one for the smaller movements (Mostly elgin) are still in the bottles.

If I did not have so many watches, this is just the sort of watch I would add to my collection.
