I would appreciate if someone could school me a little bit on how to tell if this particular watch is real or a fake. Thanks.

There are definitely fakes of the 3515.20.00 out there, but all the ones I looked at differ in a couple ways on the back. This link is to the only one I could find that appeared legitimate (terribly overexposed pictures though) but its style matches the back of the watch you posted.

So likely legit - the dial is porcelain in the genuine ones, and this one looks like it may actually be porcelain to my untrained eye. But I'm not confident enough in that to actually recommend spending money on it.

Doesn't the gen have tiny Olympic rings at the end of the seconds hand? I saw one a while ago.

Not that reference. This, from what I could tell, was a Japanese market only limited release. Very little in the way of real information about it could be found online though.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to look and give me your opinions. I have not been able to convince myself ether way whether real or fake. Looks like there are different opinions on here too. Thanks again. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
