Hello all. I am looking at this SM 300 that the seller has this photo of. He states that at one point it was fully serviced by Omega, and has a 565 movement, but that's about it. Can anyone see anything terribly wrong just looking at this one photo? Any help would be great, thank you. Larry
Here is the listing, that way all the photos can be seen. Thanks. larry https://www.ebay.com/itm/Omega-Seam...5&sd=112608162982&_trksid=p5411.c100170.m2943Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
All the cosmetic parts (case, caseback, dial, hands, bezel and bracelet) are modern service items. It's either a modern 'watchco' type, or a vintage Seamaster that's had most of the vintage taken out of it. No way to know which without an extract.
No pics of the movement. No pics of the end pieces or the bracelet on the watch. If the movement is ok and the bracelet is all there that is a pretty fair price.
Its a WatchCo SM300.. his asking price is right on target for what it is but the Dial, Hands, Case Back, Crown are all service replacements. movement by my research serial on teh main plate dates it to 1971
