Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. It seems like its a good find... Is there a reason why this one has a 1,2,3,4-12 dial and almost every other one im finding online has a 5-10-15-20...dial? Pardon the ignorance not to watch savy

 

Have you tried to contact the previous owner?

 

The property was owned by a bank.

 

2 different inner bezels rotated by the lower knob at 6 o clock.

1-12 is used to read a second time zone.

The other marked 0-60 is used as a timer, set the 0 to current time and you can figure out elapsed time.

As for what is original and what where the options I’m not going to do the research but there is some out there.
