Can anyone please help me identify this watch?!

Hello everyone!
I inherited this watch about 20 years ago from my great nan. It’s been stuck in the draw and every now and again I wind it up and place it back in the draw.
It’s in its original box but has no papers.
I don’t even know what carrat it is!
Can anyone possibly identify it and let me know a bit more about it,

Hi,
The info you seek is on the inside of the caseback. You could have a local watchmaker open it for you.
I think is will be gold-filled not solid gold because the caseback is stainless steel. The bezel and dial indices are likely solid gold.
