Can anyone identify this vintage Ebel? Looking for post.

Hi guys,

can anyone help me identify this vintage Ebel or find the post? So I saw this picture of this great vintage Ebel with an unusual shape here, I took a screenshot and now for the life of me I can't find it here. I'm not sure the post had any further information, but I absolutely can't find this watch or anything similar. I've searched on google many possible words for the case shape in conjunction with and without Ebel and vintage, but no luck.
