I've looked around online, and have found pictures of similar watched. The differences I've noticed include the "Swiss Made" without any decorative images at the beginning and end of the phrase, and the horizontal line/vertical line on the face running from 9-3/12-6 respectively. Any help much appreciated!!
Looks like an Omega Geneve from the late 60s. Probably with a cal. 601 manual wind. Reference number eludes me but similar to a 135.070
