I'm looking at this Omega on Ebay and it appears that the dial has had some work done to it. Has anyone seen this green dial on a Cosmic before? Do the hands look too small? Has the entire dial and handset been replaced? Any help would be very much appreciated. When asked to see the movement, I got a weird response back from the seller too. My radar is definitely up.

The seller clearly states that the dial has been restored and the case polished.

This watch has a refinished dial and "restored" case as do many (most) of their offerings and their asking prices are shall we say more than a little on the high side, just sayin'.
