    Think you have to buy the whole pusher, maybe a watchmaker with a parts account might just fix it.

    But not many will do it as a small job as the movement has to come out.

    Maybe the cap just got loose and unscrewed from the pusher rod (or whatever it's called). Are you sure you need a new part?

    Correct - the whole pusher is needed - part number is 086ST0079 assuming that this is a 35135000...
