I'm pretty sure the dial is refinished, crown, and hands are fake, but I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with the movement? Here are some pics.

I'm pretty sure that Omega never used a Landeron 48 movement. Looks like it has been modified to remove the previous engraving.

[Edit: Actually, it is a very half-hearted attempt to add an Omega logo.]

How about you provide a better picture of the markings on the outside of the case back, and pictures of any stampings, trade marks, quality marks, and model numbers from inside the case back. My take is this is not the chronograph movement I would expect to see in a real Omega chronograph.

It's a very ordinary Chronographe Suisse with a Landeron 248 or 48 movement. Someone has repainted the dial and stamped Omega on the movement. Nothing here has anything to do with Omega.
