Can this be cleaned up, or just have to live with it?
Even if yes, does it typically cost more than the value of the watch?

Obviously, that dial's imperfections are eating at you. To avoid any further duress, send it right out to me! I will message you with my mailing address. I will take the heartbreak and stress of staring at that dial off your hands...….free of charge. Tell you what, send it postage due and I will foot the bill.
