Well, I guess I could sell off my collection of Malibu Barbie merchandise to start collecting Camel Trophy watches.

Might be tough to part with that sweet pink Corvette though.

Here is the one guy out there that loves them.

Generally low-mid market priced quartz watches. Mostly used for advertising, ended in 1999.

Nothing really special, but interesting designs for their time on some of them.

No, that is from a uk collector but there are a large comunity of camel trophy collectors from all over the world, and its not because of extraordinary watchs, but because of the spirit of camel trophy and what he represemts.
But there were some camel trophy models like the one in the foto that where very well made and with good machines inside and they where swiss made

 

I used to have one of those as a kid. Fun memories

When I was a child I use to have posters of Camel Joe all over my room. Most were cut outs from Sports Illustrated. Does that count as collecting?

 

This thread has left me with the impression that I have been wasting my time collecting Rolex, Omega, Gruen, Hamilton, Brandt, Illinois, Howard, Waltham, Accutron, etc. It’s Camel Trophy for me!!!
