Calling on German Forum Members for some Help with Shipping

I live in the United States and have found a nice watch on Ebay. The only problem is, the seller is German and insists on only selling to a German address. I've tried to negotiate with him, but he will not budge.

This post is an appeal to any German member (ideally a veteran of the forum or one that otherwise can be verified) willing to facilitate the purchase and send it to me. The cost is in the low 4 digits. I would be very grateful and, beyond paying for all shipping costs and the cost of the watch of course. I would also offer cute photos of my cats.

I live in Ireland and I’ve often had the desire to post on OF asking for a US cousin to similarly help out on forwarding a purchase to me in Ireland. Nothing worse than missing a great deal due to a seller not posting to your country!
