1967 Omega De Ville calibre 321. Very fine condition.

Dial is very clean, it has not faded:

Dial is spectacular, furniture is complete and undamaged.

    Hands are perfect too.

As you can see the watch presents beautifully. It is the best 1960's Calibre 321 I have held.

The Deville was the high end dress watch range introduced by Omega.

Bought by me as a donor watch, but really its too good, and anyway my workshop assures me it has the 321 parts now. So as there is a big auction coming and I am hunting - space in the box and money in the bank is what I am after.

It is fully serviced by Swisstec (Swiss Time Services) in UK and comes with 12 months warranty.

Sides are clean, although showing some use. I used oblique lighting to highlight any marks.

Pushers were changed at service. As was the crown and crystal. Original parts will come with the watch.

Case has been cleaned, but deliberately not polished. This is a sympathetic recommissioning.

Movement is very clean, and fully serviced. Note the screws, undamaged and the components are all very clean:

    Case back showing reference:

This is a rare example and in fine condition. It comes with the bracelet, service documents and a bag of used parts.

Watch is currently in USA and I will be returning to UK on 23 May when I could post from there. Face face in Chicago (North) or Guildford in UK is welcome.

Price is $4200 and includes insured delivery in USA (before 23 May) or in UK. Bank wire is preferred, either in US dollars or Pounds sterling (works out at just over 2900 pounds at today's rate). Paypal as second choice.

I am a collector selling to refocus my collection. I do not buy to sell for profit, therefore you are buying a part of my carefully selected collection. I have plenty of references on this forum

If I have priced the watch right, and I usually do, it sells within 24 hours. Therefore if you offer a lower price within 24 hours it is possible someone will say "I will buy your watch now at your price" and you will lose the watch for a few hundred dollars. The first person to send me that message will buy it. If it is still up after 24 hours feel free to make an offer.

This is really a special example, prepared by the best workshop in the world for Calibre 321's, with a rare bracelet, in fine condition.

Ohhhh! Sweet and classy vintage "dress style" chrono. That beauty will go equally well with causal as well as an elegant outfit!
One of the cleanest looking ones I have seen in ages!
    GLWS!

Now its been 24 hours and I will welcome any bids on this. I am never offended by a bid, as long as you wont be offended if I refuse!

I really have not seen another as good as this.

Right now on ebay you can buy this for $3950. You will note the dial is poor, the watch is un serviced and the pushers come from two different watches. I am not trying to diss the ebay watch, but I wanted to illustrate how truly special the dial, and condition on my watch is, lacking any degradation or damage.

This is the ebay DeVille, with degraded dial and miss matched pushers: (Fairly typical presentation of a 1960's 321 on Ebay)
