I own a Omega Speedmaster HB-SIA, caliber 3603, ref# 321.92.44.52.01.001. The chronograph second hand is off by 1 tick when I reset it. Having trouble finding instructions on calibrating / zeroing it for this movement.
    Thanks in advanced!

That's a mechanical movement. The only way to "calibrate" it is to service the movement and/or re-seat the hand. Not a DIY solution. Some quartz chronograph movements allow re-calibration using combinations of the pushers, but mechanical movements don't.

When was the last time the watch was serviced?

I was starting to think that was the case, guess I will have to bring it in.

It has never been serviced, the watch is fairly new still.

Take it back to the shop where you bought it. It will get fixed under warranty
