Caliber 1861 Speedmaster - Black Dial Variation?

I have 2 brand new caliber 1861 Hesalite Speedmasters, acquired in Dec 2020. I am planning on keeping one and giving one as a gift to friend. I recently pulled them out after not looking at them for a while and have noticed that one of the watches has a slightly darker black dial color than the other...

Very, very slight but noticeable to the eye. I also asked my girlfriend and other friends if they see the same thing as me and they do notice it as well.

I would add photos but its almost indistinguishable in a photo TBH. But I can try to capture if people are interested. My question is, is this a normal variation in the watch or something out of spec?

The only variation is usually from hesalite to sapphire due to the crystal, can you post some pics?

I can post some but I dont think a photo will show the difference. Also, another difference between the two is the chronograph hand is a little bit off center on one of the watches. Instead of dead center on 12, its slightly off. Is that another variation in the watch or just the way mechanical watches are sometimes?

Dials are a product of an industrial process which includes chemistry, there will always be slight variations in the end product. If you didn't have them side by side you wouldn't be aware that the dials are slightly different in their black color. The slightly misaligned hand is just the way it was assembled and adjusted, Omega has a tolerance for that.
