    Hi

New to group as investigating purchasing a vintage Omega Seamaster. Saw this "machine" at a local pawn shop. I'd be grateful for your thoughts re dial. Seems aged and a bit pitted but original. Watch appears to be an authentic Omega. The watch is for sale for £550.00. Thank you for your thoughts.

There are better examples on eBay for less “buy it now.” prices.

A great example to illustrate the difference between 'light patina' and 'heavily aged' when describing dial condition.

This one would be the later and I'd avoid it..and I'd doubly avoid it at £550!

It's not appealing to me either.

Being a fan of vintage patina I would still pass on this because the “patina” looks to be more like water damage..

Agree, pass on this one, lots of much better watches out there.
