Hey guys, whats up? I got this a couple years ago at a pawn shop. I have posted it a couple places and have been told that it is "most likely a redial". I would like to know for sure, obviously... maybe someone can confirm?

Anyway, this is the watch that got me into watches. I love it, but it doesn't quite work on my wrist. I'm just throwin it out there in case someone wants to trade. This one works pretty damn well for being 64 years old (loses about a minute a day). If anyone is interested, throw me some suggestions/offers. Otherwise, I'd love to get some more information if you'd please.

    Thanks guys/gals!

Thanks for the response! I thought so. Btw, it's "wrong crown, also.", jsyk. What are the pros/cons, then, of finding the right dial and crown?

Too hard to do and not really financially viable on that watch I'm afraid

I'd like an omega in similar condition (I.e. Works nearly perfectly with redial) in stainless. I guess.

Could you get a pic of the movement and inside caseback? Are you wanting an Omega with everything original?

Sure... I'll show you what I have currently (potato quality)... If that's not good enough I'll get better ones.

I want the equivalent of what I currently have (i.e. Original everything except the dial.)

You can get a crown to suit but a dial would not be worth the spend for the end value.

We do not know what you have without pictures of the case back and movement.

Because it is a redial it could be a number of models

    I knew/know everything about it save for whether or not it's a redial. It's a cal 342 DW 2402. Probably 1949/50.
