Definitely redialled. Hands though may be correct - have seen similar ones in the past for this case reference/style.
That's because the redial has white lettering and numbering. The original ones with these hands that I've seen come with gold letters and numbers similar to the dial in the watch featured here: http://omegaforums.net/threads/any-ref-2097-out-there.16283/
