Does anyone know if hands (notably hour and minute) from an omega 1040 will fit a 1045?

But depending on which model you are talking about, they might dont look right

 

Thank you. I know there's some differences in appearance. I'm mainly wondering if the hour and minute hands from a 1040 will fit, regardless of appearance differences. Sounds like they will.
