Hi guys

I popped into my local watch repairer today. He often has a few vintage watches for sale. This C cased Connie with black dial and red lettering caught my eye. The watch repairer had not seen anything like this before.
He told me it’s a 751 Calibre from 1969 and from the date language was for the Spanish market. He was unwilling to sell it until he’s checked out the background of the watch. I’ve arranged that he contacts me once he has checked it out so I hope to have a chance at a possible purchase.

Has anyone here seen this combination before, or whether this has any connections to the Spanish market?
It looks all original to me and not a redial.
Apologies for the poor photo quality, it was all I could get with my mobile whilst I was in the store.

Thanks for any feedback.

I think it looks like a redial.

The font looks off here and there, especially the "SWISS MADE" and the "OMEGA" has some strange staints around it. The markers are missing the lume spots.

I'd say redial. Looks like they had to squeeze the i's in on certified. Snazzy though.

Thanks for the quick replies.
Not a bad redial job they’ve done on the watch.

I'd say redial, it looks like the font is a bit off in certain places the 'E's Chronometer and Certified, and the 'C' in Automatic.

NO, that's a really bad redial all over the dial top, mid and bottom
