Yes - Warranty or the possible lack of. Should anything go wrong with it Omega might not honour the warranty and good look getting that sent back to Italy to be fixed... that if it ever got there!

Its worth really looking around for the watch you want and don't rush in to the first one you see. There are many variants of Speedster out there, you just gotta find the one you really want. If you shop about you can still find the 3570.50 at some dealers int he UK ask for a chunk off and hey presto. The retail on the 3570 in the Uk is £2880 but it can be had for -20% off retail.

This model will be somewhere also - seek and you will find young jedi!

given EU law, is it possible for Omega not to agree to the warranty tho? however, 20% off is closer to that price, so the extra may be worth it for peace of mind - any shops you know of that have them around and do deals?

Also bear in mind that the seller is located in Italy.
The Italian postal service is notorious for expensive items such as watches disappearing.

    See PM!

Given its the EU etc i wouldn't like to say as the watch might have come from the Far East for example.

If the warranty card is dated and stamped by an official Omega Authorised dealer then it doesn't matter where it originates.
Just be sure the serial number is intact on the movement.

If you don't knkw anything about the watch stay away. Especially when paying this much for possible grey market.

The price looks almost too good to be true on Chrono24. I'd be wary and try to shop around. Also, considering this is the leather band version rather than the bracelet version might be a reason for the steep discount.
