Buying my first nice vintage watch. Need help on pricing

    Hi guys.. I am new to this forums.. I don't really know much about watches and need help on pricing. How much approximately would u guys think I should pay for this watch?
    1958 Men's Omega Seamaster Automatic 19 Jewels, Caliber 491
    Beefy Lugs Stainless Steel Case Measures 42mm From Lug To Lug, 18mm Between Lugs, 34 mm in Diameter.

    Welcome to omegaforums. I question the originality of the dial, I have never seen such a colored dial on a seamaster. If I am correct, this dramatically reduces the value of the watch. I'm going to give you advice that has been dispensed many times on this forum before. Before buying a vintage watch do plenty of research and do not rush into things, its a good way to get burned and loose a lot of money.

    I would pay nothing.

    The dial has been poorly refinished and the case heavily polished.

    Seller is either in LA or Korea...

    Worthless to collectors, but people buy them.
