    Case is in good condition and has proper UK hallmarks. Dial looks to be original and also in nice condition. The springs can be replaced. Case clamp and bumper stop are also missing. These shouldn't be too tough to find either.

    Price seems a bit high right now, given the costs that will need to expended on parts and service,

    I checked with the buyer on one other piece of the puzzle, the buckle. It is not an 18K one! I might have gotten really interested if it had been. Here's his response - "Engraved on the other side is ACIERINOX, incircled RCLEXSA, SWISS. Trust this help."

    A nice looking piece. The watch is older than the seller indicates, mid 1940s perhaps. As it is 18kt and make offer, it would be interesting to see what the seller would accept. 18kt Omegas are not getting any cheaper, even ones that need work.

    Hard to say if it was actually sold or just taken off the market. I pointed out the movement problems (missing pieces) to the buyer.
