··Adam @ ΩFI had 3 of my bubblebacks due for service...So off to Oyster Time Service (Tommy Taylor) they went a few weeks ago. After some miracles he effected, they all now seem to be running splendidly.
This one I'm wearing now is a ref. 2764:

Also back are refs. 2940 and 3133. Apparently service on all three was quite necessary! The 2940, e.g. was running dry (fortunately I've only owned it for a few months; although Tommy was amazed at the general condition of the movement). A couple needed various rotor screws and bushings. The hairspring and balance of the 2764 were quite a mess, but my previous watchmaker had effected some miraculous soldering to make it keep decent time (somehow)...Sorry, no movement pics of the 2764.
