    The watch had lost some seconds, tried to set the time, and the crown fell out.... Now its not posible to set the time. Shouldnt the crown and the watch be one part???? 8520 by the way

    Yes, bought new, not omegastore, but they have been selling Omega for years. It is my wifes watch, I didnt see it, she screwed it back in. I cant get it out, but the watch doesnt work... The watch looks ok so no use to take pictures of it. I have the box and all sertificats.

    So the crown physically detached from the stem and fell off when you were setting it? If so you need to take it back under warranty, that shouldn't happen at all.

    Yes, that is what happened, she told me, it was to different parts. 5000€, disappointed...

    That is a very serious rarity on a Planet Ocean, especially a new one, but they will definitely stand by their product if you take it back for repair.

    Definitely take it back, they should repair it free of charge.
