    I think it is legitimate. It has "OM" at the bottom of the dial, that means "Or Massif" or Solid Gold in French. Also has 18K hallmark on the back.

    Probably was an optional diamond dial for an F300 electronic watch. I have no idea which case reference a dial like this would match.
