·Hey guys,
I am selling this Breitling Sprint, Ref. 2010-1 from 1967.
Its in overall very good conditon. I got it from the heritage of a German Starfighter Pilot in Bavaria. This was his private watch, in the air he used his Heuer 1550.
Case:
The case is made of Stainless steel. It measures 40mm around the bezel. Lug width is 20mm. Case is unpolished, no deep cuts or round edges. The crown is marked Breitling, the caseback shows the ref. number and serial.
Bezel turns freely.
Dial & hands:
The Dial is also in great shape, as are the hands. Original lume is there. Please notice that most of the 2010-1 has a red second hand. This is a first model, with a steel hand. Please have a look on my catalog pic from 1967.
Movement:
Inside the watch ticks a Valjoux 7730 (not a Valjoux 7733 as with the later ones). It works like it should, all functions given. Service history is unknown.
Strap:
watch comes with a vintage tropic style strap.
I'd like to have2.500€ 2.400€ for that watch. As I said, most of the watches you will find are the later ones, this is a very early example of 1967! Watch is located in Germany.
