Breitling Premier 777

Hello,

first of all, what a wonderful forum! I've learned so much already.
I came across this Breitling Premier 777.
From my google research, I have some doubts this is the correct dial configuration for a 777.
It seems most 777 had lume hands, and the needle hands from these pics belong to 782 or 760

Anyone have a clue whether this might be a franken?
The seller inherited this watch from his dad (along with some other stunners), so I doubt there is foul play here.

IMO, The dial has been refinished in the past.

Any indications that may lead you to believe so?

The running second counter not being centered, the bad quality of the printing, the top of the A in « SWISS MADE » not being cut...
