Looks like one of the lost 70's models with Valjoux 77xx calibers inside. There are a few of these NOS examples from all different series around.
Or a fake/franken. No saying that it is, as I don't know these well at all, but that looks like the love child of a Heuer Autavia and an RCAF Breitling.
ask the dudes on the vintage forum at breitlingsource. They'll make short work of it if it's phony. http://www.breitlingsource.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=11
Just checked breitlingsource. According to a mod and a few others, watch is correct..though no mention of model number. http://breitlingsource.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=54463
When Breitling went bankrupt and disappeared in the mid/late 70's, many of these NOS watches (and I mean CASES WORTH) went unsold. They pop up in lots now & again. I owned a Long Plaing reference (the non-Top Time version) a few years back. Old World Jewelers used to have a large amount of them: http://www.oldworldjewelers.com Andy was great to deal with there.
