Looking for some thoughts on this, I can't seem to find images of one with the same dial online, perhaps it's a redial?

Can't possibly pretend to have any knowledge on these. What I did was search for that reference and compare it with your example. The hour markers on the dial look weirdly low contrast for a military style (?) watch. Hands I'm seeing either leaf or dauphine, but no baton as yours. Case back is also a simple style with the reference and serial, not the later style as yours has.

But all of that could be within the normal variations. Hard to know without experience in these specific watches. However, if you doubt it then trust your gut and let it go. There's plenty of watches out there.

Not sure about the originality of the dial, but IMHO you would be overpaying for a brand name on a mediocre quality watch that needs a service.

Also, take note that this is 32mm. Make sure you are comfortable wearing what a lot of people would consider a ladies size (not me personally).

Waaaaaaay too suspicious. I wouldn't pay $20 for it. I don't like the heavy print on the dial, random case back stamp or movement logo. All the older Breitling 3 handers I've seen don't have these markings but Breitling watches during this time were pedestrian at best. I have an old 3 hander and it is completely sterile other than the dial. I've seen others identical at watch shows and everyone scoffs about their authenticity. Really no way to prove one way or the other as the documentation is sketchy, therefore, they don't bring any money.
If you like this watch to wear, why not. If you are looking for an authentic Breitling as an investment, hmmmm. 😒
