Case and dial numbered: 3203. I m not versed in Breguet pocket watches to determine the year this watch was produced. Movement most likely numbered balow the dial over main plate.

Would risk to say watch should have been produced towards the end of the 1890s, but Breguet experts will correctly analise production dates in proper

fashion.
