Something does not feel right: incorrect hands? redone (or even fake?) dial?

I remember seeing this on eBay. The sub-dial printing, in combination with the exceptional condition and white dial foot, indicate that the dial has been refinished. The presence of a dial foot suggests that the dial is almost certainly not fake. One can readily find dials with similar, embossed signatures on cal. 9.47N's from the early 1930's. One also finds this style of hand paired with Breguet numerals on 9.47N's.

 

that hands and dial don't look right IMO...

 

The hands might be from a smaller Longines pocket watch.

I figured it was a redial, but wasn't sure about logo / numerals / hands...

Thanks everyone for the replies! I'm not necessarily in the market for this, but thought it an interesting piece, with the Breguet style. Nice 30s/40s style. 31mm!
