Everyone seems to know about Gay Freres but what about other makers? There is a Unisonic chronometer on the Private Sales thread fitted with an HC bracelet (see pic), another swiss maker who never seems to get a mention. What do we know about HC? I have one made up from 2 incomplete bracelets.
I posted some info. on an earlier thread. HC was a Geneva based company Henry & Cie. This ad. dates from 1956. According to this article http://www.relojes-especiales.com/foros/vintages/nsa-novavit-sa-pulseras-armis-de-calidad-186374/ the successor company was Novavit SA (NSA). I've never seen a UG signed NSA bracelet.
The top bracelet in that advert looks to be the same as a model known as the Expandro and was, for example, issued with the Junghans Bund J88. I have a version in 16mm and it is marked as Made in W Germany.
