Bracelet options- 1479 or new

I bought a 1479 bracelet for my speedy Tuesday a few years ago. Now with the new bracelets on the latest speedys I’m thinking if I should sell the 1479 and “upgrade”?

Any thoughts? Not sure what the 1479 goes for these days or the new bracelet. Hopefully they are close in price.

Agree. Sell the 1479. Enjoy the 3861 bracelet.

To my eye, they are quite similar in appearance. The difference is that the 3861 is more tapered and has a better clasp. Only you can decide whether these differences are significant and desirable enough to warrant an upgrade.

I like the current Speedmaster bracelet, but I know people who don’t and have immediately replaced it. My advice would be, if possible, to try on a current Speedy and see what you think of the bracelet. From what I’ve seen, it’s somewhat of a love-it-or-hate-it kind of thing.

I have the new bracelet and love it. It is very comfortable and feels and looks great IMHO. I have not ever worn previous versions and can only compare to other brands bracelets.
