I have this vintage Omega Seamaster 30 which I have had always with leather strap. Now I would like to get a steel bracelet, for example beads of rice bracelet by Omega. I've noticed that new Omega BOR bracelets are quite easy to get.

Now I have few questions:

1. Was this kind of Seamaster 30 orginally always sold with leather strap?
2. Would a steel bracelet fit easily to these lugs?
3. New beads of rice bracelet by Omega are sold on eBay something like 50 €. Could a genuine Omega bracelet be sold so cheap?

 

1. You could often chose what you wanted in the 60s so both a leather band and a bracelet are right.
2. Yes, but you need to find the proper End-links
3. Those are fakes, read the wording of the Descriptions.

Does anybody know what kind of steel bracelet would be 'like orginal one'?

I guess that proper end links are 18 mm, hollow ones and suitable for round case?
