So the spare clasp I ordered came the other day, am just gonna keep it I think. Anyway, I took my bracelet off and swapped it for a leather strap, and decided to look at how to fit the extra clasp. No clue, but I noticed that the inside engraving with the bracelet model number is fainter compared to my spare one. Any ideas as to why?

The clasp that came with bracelet says 11, circled and then 1515/816, stainless steel. the spare clasp says the same only instead of 11 it says 62 and says Swiss made.

The new clasp is in Omega sealed packaging etc. and from an Omega authorised repair centre, why would they be different? I figured it'd be the exact same.

Pictures would be great if you want any advice. All of the 1515/816 bracelets, which is the new version of the 1503/825 bracelet, I found on the bay had what is on your new clasp:
