Hmmmmm, that's my department. This 'friend' could get off with only an open handed smack upside the head (like GIbbs does to DiNozzo on NCIS), or he could go all the way up to being Capanoed depending on how much the price was.

 

I am loathe to use violence here, but if he got Speedmaster-level money in the deal, I might advise pulling a Liotta/Henry Hill...
