Unlikely. Definitely needs to be in the same condition. You can ask, but shouldn't expect a return. Your warranty was likely activated, making it a used watch.

They said the caseback had a few tiny scratches because I took it off and rested it on its bracelet, so no refund is possible.

I woke up the next morning with a massive amount of buyer's remorse. I'm trying to start a business, so I'm technically unemployed right now and I have my business capital secured, but I had some disposable income and thought why not treat myself a little bit. I'll be officially launching in about 4 weeks, but I realised that it really wasn't tge best timing for splurging on a luxury watch.

Was it an impulse purchase? I’d say enjoy the watch. Worst case scenario, you can sell it and lose a grand or two.

@ninman I've done this before with buyer's remorse. Given that you are now "stuck" with a most lovely watch, I would say that you hold onto it and wear it. If you feel the same down the line (give it a month or two?) then perhaps put it up for sale on here, eBay, Chrono24 etc. and just admit to yourself that you made a mistake and you'll learn from it. I bought a Christopher Ward C1 Moonglow Limited Edition which was 1 of 80 worldwide. I quickly regretted it, and ultimately lost about 15% compared to what I paid. But, it is what it is and I've moved on now.
