Okay, here's the scoop on getting banned / barned......

You have to do something EGREGIOUS to get banned, or be a spammer. Actually, you have to do multiple egregious things to get banned unless you are a spammer. They not only have NOT banned me (and if I don't hold the record for the number of bannings on watch forums, I'm certainly on the podium) they actually made me a moderator! AND gave me super squirrel powers! Imagine that.
