    Though the 2531 is what got me not only really into watches but also Omega so I will stick happily with that :)

    I still think my fav nod was the 50th diver with the gun barrel and bullet on the back awesome - not so keen on the 007s plastered on the front

    @taz101 Yeah I remember that one as well, but by the 2531 I meant the original model as in the one used in the movies not the limited edition ;) , Still though the barrel of the bullet was a nice touch. I Also think the casino royale edition with just 007 on the seconds hand was a subtle one. Anyway I'm not to keen on limited edition as the often mess up a perfectly good watch. Of course there are exceptions.

    I believe because it just wasn’t a thing. They where not doing product placement yet. I read somewhere that the watch actually belonged to a crew member as is.

    In the books Bind used a metal bracelet watch if I remember correctly, and he uses the watches as knuckle busters for fights.
