Hello,
I'm wondering (as I'm not able to find it) if someone knows any book and/or internet resources with the BOM (Bill Of Materials) of the more known omega vintage watches.

Is this information published or can be obtained in any place?

Omega maintains a parts list by case reference and movement caliber for all of it's watches. Unfortunately, it is only accessible to pre-approved watchmakers and Omega employees.

They're everywhere.
You just have to find them.

Thanks. I was thinking more in the whole watch, not only the caliber. I mean, case, hands, pushers, etc.

Check out Cousins UK, Boley in Germany etc, many other supply house list parts by case reference.
