··Double D @ ΩFI have for sale a BNIB Apollo 8 Dark Side of the Moon.
Made to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 8 Mission. The Apollo 8 astronauts were not only the frst to see the dark side of the moon, but also too the well known photo we all know as 'Earthrise'. Apollo 8 was also the first manned space craft to leave earth's orbit.

Bezel: Ceramic with tachymeter scale
Bracelet: Omega Leather strap with ceramic black clasp
Dial: Black skeletonised
Hands: Black with yellow varnished chrono hand and sub dial hands
Crystal: Omega sapphire crystal ont both sides
Case Diameter: 44.25mm
Movement: Omega 1869 with manual wind which is part textured and blackened.
Case Back: Sapphire crystal with special engraving of the last words spoken by Jim Lovell before the first orbit of the moon.
