I am cleaning out the basement and found some old BMW brochures.

Check out these watches. Circa 2001.

I had a BMW branded quartz watch right around then. It no longer works but is likely still around.

I wanted this bike so badly. Glad I went for a Cannondale Scalpel instead… but if I ever come across one of these, I may try to scoop it up.

I had a cheaper version of this bike and it folded the same way. Made by Montague (?). It currently collects dust at a friend’s place.

My second BMW was a Z3. Have a look at an old fashioned selfie. Pre-smart phone.

And to finish it off, this photo… because the Z3 rims look so fine…

I want to say those watches were made by Fortis. I remember having a Blaunpunkt watch that said something like it’s a small point but it makes a world of difference. That watch was made by Fortis and has been on my eBay search for at least a decade.

At that time, I was more interested in Tatjana Patitz 😊.
