The edges of almost every part of every link on my Seamaster bracelet are really sharp:
Running a finger laterally across the bracelet, one can feel sharp edges scraping the skin, rather like feeling the keenness of the edge on a knife. The sharpness is sufficient that the bracelet mildly irritates my wrist.

Is it normal for Omega bracelet links to have 'sharp' edges? Can they be 'softened'?

(The bracelet is a Ti bracelet on my fairly recently acquired 2231.50. It was serviced by Omega last year [Would some polishing have occurred during the service that could have left all the link edges sharp?]and is still within Omega service warranty).

    Thanks! :)

    1. This is likely normal.
    2. Polishing will tend to smooth edges, not sharpen them.
    3. If you have some experience with a buffer, you can smooth (just) the edges yourself, assuming it really bothers you. They'll tend to smooth themselves out over time without any intervention.

I've never come across that feeling in an Omega. The 2 Platinum Daytonas I've worn both gave me the same feeling.
