Seller doesn't even mention those stones on the dial, I'm thinking they were an after sale addition..

 

I've seen that configuration a few times on several Longines watches from the 60's, even this dial.

 

341 flagships with diamond studded dials pop up on eBay ever so often. but this is the first time I'vr come across such a 291 conquest.

Another rare example that was recently on sale was a 431 ultrachron in my fav case

 

First one is a little excessive for my taste, second one not so bad.

 

It's amazing someone thought that Conquest dial actually needed more bling.
